Carnauba Wax

A plant wax from palm leaves, used as a glazing agent; halal.

Why?

Carnauba wax is harvested from the leaves of the Brazilian carnauba palm and used as a shine-giving glaze on candy, chocolate, and fruit. It is entirely plant-derived.
